Two complete file systems are always present in an Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 system. The run file system is the one currently in use by the running application, while the patch file system is the either being patched or awaiting the start of the next online patching cycle. For some troubleshooting and other reason, if you need to run "Autoconfig" on patch file system, then follow these steps:
Step1: Disable EBS_LOGON Trigger first using "SYSTEM" account sqlplus system/<password> SQL>alter trigger ebs_logon disable; Trigger altered. Step2: Source Patch filesystem enviornment and Run Auto config (adautocfg.sh) Note: ensure that autconfig completed successfully Steps3: Enable EBS_LOGON Trigger back using "SYSTEM" account sqlplus system/<password> SQL> alter trigger ebs_logon enable; |
